Join the Advisory Board – Casey County Public Library

Advisory board members are individuals who are interested in the library and its service to the community. Advisory Board members are invited by the Board of Trustees to participate in monthly board meetings as advocates for the community. This is a non-voting position, but Advisory Board members are asked to offer their opinions, weigh in on subjects, and provide expertise based on their unique backgrounds. Being on the Advisory Board allows individuals to become familiar with the library and all that it provides.

Application

Membership on the Advisory Board is open to all persons over the age of 18 and who reside within Casey County and who are interested in furtherance of the purposes of the Union County Public Library District. Submission of an application is not a guarantee of invitation to join the board.
