Mindfulness and mental health isn’t just for adults – it’s for kids too!

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to what is going on inside and outside yourself, without judgement or overreaction. It allows you to slow down and reconnect, and can help with anxiety, stress, and more!

In this program, we’ll be learning all about it, and doing three crafts that will help you or your child practice mindfulness.
