CCPLCon is our yearly convention of everything nerdy and pop culture. Tournaments, games of all kinds, a cosplay contest and plenty you can do for free, and for those wanting to spend some money we have a plethora of vendors who come and set up shop for the day. whether you just want a day out of the house, want to see all the exciting items for sale or want to come out on top of one of our competitions CCPLCon has what you are looking for.
Some events will either require a sign up or it will be suggested that you sign up for an event to save your spot in it. You may go to here on this page to access all of the different events.
CCPLCon happens the third Saturday in May. Mark it on your calendars, it is a day you won’t want to miss! CCPLCon is completely free to attend including competing in any of the tournaments and contests and plenty of photo opportunities.

CCPLCon – Vendors
If you want to be a vendor for the Convention please fill out our vendor sign up online Or download, fill out and turn in a copy of the application either in person or emailed to Jocelynembert@caseylibrary.org. Any questions from vendors about the con can be directed to the same email.
Vendor spaces are first come first serve, so you may want to get in an application as soon as you can. You will receive a confirmation by email when your application has been gone through.
Only outside spaces are left. If you need a custom sized space there is room to ask for it on the application and we will do our best to accommodate the space if we can.
Events
The Cosplay Contest can be signed up for either online or in person. All information and rules can be found on this page.
The Super Smash Bros Tournament will only be accepting in person signups this year. It will start at 12 pm and go til at least 1 pm. Plan accordingly. All rules are found here.
There are 2 separate Dungeons and Dragons games this year and will be taking players 16+. Sign ups can be done either online or in person and all information about both games as well as the characters available to play can be found here.
